The Solution Implemented
- EcoYou introduced the EcoRak solution, designed to meet the highest safety standards, including fire resistance as per ASTM and IS standards, low formaldehyde emissions, and thermal control.
- Customized machines were developed by EcoYou to supply cut-to-size EcoRak panels that seamlessly matched the racks at a rapid pace. Unlike steel deck panels that require screws for installation, EcoRak offered a hassle-free installation process.
- EcoYou's team studied existing steel solutions and racking structures to ensure that the new solution was modular, easy to install, and cost-effective, ultimately reducing costs by 60%. The introduction of customized Eco-clips and Z-clips further enhanced the product's feasibility.

EcoYou successfully initiated work across multiple sites, including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Indore, and Bangalore, installing approximately 200,000 shelves within a few months.
Ongoing engagement with the customer led to the introduction of EcoRak 2.0 in 2023, demonstrating EcoYou’s dedication to continuous improvement.
This innovative solution significantly reduced installation and supply times, with a remarkable installation rate of about 20,000 square feet per day. EcoRak 2.0 promises even greater efficiency.
By successfully reducing costs by up to 70% for 900mm depth racks and 40% for 1200mm depth racks, EcoYou ensured a sustainable and cost-effective solution.
